Kabam.. Orange forum banner (saying Island is temp disabled) still showing

After initial fix of Mutant Island, think banner was briefly removed.
But then went back up soon after when the re-work was found to also have a bug (that 2nd bug was fixed quickly).
Well, has been up and running for a day now, and think someone forgot that the banner was put back up, so forgot to actually remove the banner again when they got the quest working good.
ALSO, curious why Orange banners like that don’t actually show when viewing the very top of forum main DISCUSSIONS (list of posts from all categories) page. They only show when you are viewing a certain Category, or actually viewing a Post.
