**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

My Honest Thoughts on Cavalier Difficulty and a Response to Seatin's Video

We should all try to respect each other, in the end is a game we should all enjoy playing. Don't be judgmental if someone spends more money, that doesn’t make them less skilful. There are plenty of streamers to chose from.
Peace!
1. Keep one path in every quest with no rewards for it and no linked nodes, but higher health pools. Give completion rewards for the quest.
2. Don't give the exploration rewards, instead spread them out on the other paths with linked nodes, difficult and fun but with slightly smaller health pools.
It also depends on their future perspective. To make game for more and more players to join, or game for exclusive players who can pay more to win or be super patient/skillful.
Seatin is just a representative of the voice of large amount of normal players, including me.
However. I did find the rewards a little underwhelming. The exploration / completion thing was a little confusing for me. I’m not sure why that was changed.
A struggle I’m getting to these days is that I have quite a lot of materials (46 expiring) for t4 / a1 to t5 / a2 but not really any nice champions to use it on. All of the god tier I have are already at R2 for 6* or R5/4 for 5*. So for me personally it would be nice to be able to get more 6* shards since (in my opinion) out of the 40 I have opened so far, only 5 were worth ranking up. (Not god tier, just worth ranking up)
I did like the opportunity to get more t5c and thought for the overall event that was about fair. Just a few more shards please. Something like 1,000 6* nexus per month. That’s barely 1 open a year so not a game breaking addition.
I breezed through cavalier difficulty. It’s at 100% complete as I had energy refills in overflow. I have a huge roster with all the main counters needed for the more restrictive paths/nodes. It wasn’t challenging at all and not what I was looking for. Seatin is right when he says this game way too late.
Need that “sweaty boy” difficulty ASAP lol
I don't like MCOC youtube as a whole. Nothing against the majority of creators, but I just don't.
As for Seatin, my disdain for him comes mostly from his audience and the way they act as if he is the mouthpiece of the community, and what he says is always right and valid. They take his word as gospel. Unfortunately, more recently it seems that he now panders to that audience, which for him is beneficial as at the end of the day, it brings him views, ad revenue, and engagement so his channel gets further recommended, as that's how YouTube works nowadays. Even hitting the dislike button is viewed as engagement in the YouTube algorithm, hence why most creators don't overly care if they get dislikes.
As for my one view, sure, it won't make a difference, but I also won't contribute to it either. Just like how you guys supporting him won't make an overall difference to his revenue either.
Just so you know, it is absolutely fine to not like specific people in the world, and is actually extremely normal to not like people. If we didn't, we'd be living in some weird utopian society where everything was wonderful and sparkly happy.
Plus kabam in 2017 was a different thing than kabam now. Before they would make changes and not even address it or even work with us. Now they are looking for compromises like with domino and block proficiency. It went from changing guardians BP synergy into armor to changing a line of code to domino. ST went from: knowing he was bugged by being able to reach 15+ furies to getting a buffed cap of 30
My comments on Seatin's video. I believe he has valid points and I agree with some points he has made. Uncollected difficulty is not a problem for me, I can get through that content without having to use resources. Will I be 100% completing cavalier difficulty, probably not. The nodes are challenging enough where my best chance is maybe initial completion. For me to 100% complete cavalier difficulty with the current roster I have, will demand resources that out ways the benefits and rewards in the end. I think Kabam did a good job of making the difficulty challenging.
This is where the rewards come into play. They are very lackluster in general because the reward system seems very RNG based. Hear me out. Kabam is doing a great job on the side quest with the rewards. This really benefits players who have just become cavalier or starting to exponentially strengthen and expand their roster however, there is always the plateau where RNG no longer benefits the progressing player. I can amass 100,000 6* shards but if this produces 10 Jane Foster...this doesn't benefit the player at all. This applies to any type of reward. The solution for this would be more nexus (still RNG but more options) or generic resource options where there is more control on the players side on which champions to choose from and resources to use on specific champions. The cavalier rewards are just rewards to be sent to the hands of RNG from my point of view.
Agree or disagree, I don't care. This is just one mans opinion.
This^
For me who is deep in exploring act6 cavalier difficulty was alright. It wasn't hard, the healthpools are fine, the nodes are challenging, but good. But the rewards for it....
You can't say it's not comparable to variant 5. It's the same quest structure, but with different health pools and attack values. I spent a bit more time on variant5, (sub 24 hours) but the rewards for it was much better.
When UC came it really hit different. The rewards for that time was amazing and really helped to progress. Now it just a bit more from everything. Still probably gonna pull a trash 6 star which won't help. 5stars soon only mean ISO.
If you really want players to keep progressing with cavalier difficulty, change the 10% t5cc crystal to a selector, and and throw in a nexus 5star for exploration.
Not a huge change, but it will make a difference.
Sad to see the reason why ,the community has come together..
You guys came here to hate on a man's opinion..#Seatin
What about coming together to tell Kabam to fix all the bugs and issues of the game !?!?
1 The problem with WARLOCK on his SP1
2 The problem with HULKBUSTER.. when fighting class S (Small) champs his heavy doesn't connect and you miss
3 The problem with the visual bug on Aegon Sp1
4 The problem with the visual bug on Dr Doom Sp3
5 The problem with the visual bug in the crystals
6 The problem with the Kabam servers .. the constant dropped connection (for a game that is in TOP 10 MOST PROFITABLE GAMES IN THE APP STORE) they can't afford to update the servers!?
These are just a few of the top of my hed ..
WHY DON'T YOU GUYS FOCUS ON ONE OF THOSE THINGS .. instead of complaining about what a youtuber had to say ...
PS. I agree with Seatin .. permanent content rewars SUCK in comparison to the effort put in .. REWARDS NEED TO BE UPDATED ..
