Can't claim potions and revives from my stash. SOS!

Hi. As you can see in the video I am currently in Abyss of Legends and I need potions and revives from my stash in order to finish it, but I can't claim them! I have already reinstalled the game and tried another device.
What am I supposed to do here? Should I use revives and potions which I was saving for my next path? Am I going to lose all the items that I have in my stash just because I can't claim them, including most of the items from the 3k unit bundle?

I’m afraid there is nothing you can do
Please be advised @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit before we lose these items unwillingly.
By the way, I’m using an iPhone (in case that matters).
