Cavalier EQ 2.1 Power Technician node not working

tested 5 champs
kinetic transfer give 5% power on block and armor up drains 2% power on block
so as gain is more it must be that I have missed power drain coz it is 3% but it should be there and noticeable on champs that has more armor ups but fight of howard the duck, no power by him too.
Am I missing something, but it looks like no power drain is happening there.

I don't think it's bugged just very poorly designed. If an armor drains 2% of power and each armor up active drains an extra 10% based on the 2% drain even at 10 armor buffs you can still only drain 4% of power. Now if the opponent is gaining 5% with each hit there is such a small window to fall below a bar of power that it's basically useless. It's honestly the worst/most useless chapter node combo in this months event.

Agreed. It’s the least useful class node and one I didn’t even bother trying to take advantage of.

However it did look to be more effective when OP used Howard. Towards the end of that fight, he blocks 2/3 hits and the power bar doesn’t move up a great deal.
