5 Star dual Crystal Opening Error / Bug

I tried opening today's Science/Mystic 5 star dual crystal. I choose spin option. It kept spining and later gave a code execution error. My 10k shards missing, no duplicate or new champ added to my champion list. I ran all possible test.. checked ISO inventory, check 5 star hero of science and mystic. Nothing changed. Seems a new issue. Reporting it for satisfactory solution. I have all the screenshots if Kabam wants to validate authenticity of my claim. I am 100% geniune player and in 6'th year of game.
