    It means that the Kabam mods will review your post and if it does not violate forum rules they will post it. If not, they will delete it.

    exactly what it says. a mod has to look over it to make sure it isn't spam or whatever

    It means it has to be approved, either you posted too much in too short a time frame, or you made too small an edit to your post, and they want to verify something, those are the typical reasons at least.
