We're a chill alliance that is currently running map 4 and map 1 every day of the cycle. We get around 1.8k glory per week for easy work. Map 1 is there for developing rosters who need the glory, and map 4 is for those who can handle it and can help explore. AW is also 2 bgs and we're comfortably in silver 2 tier 15.
Neither aq nor aw is required, though it's appreciated if you can help out.
Our singular rule is that if you join aq or aw, explore a new path and don't waste a spot. If you join, we expect you to contribute and work for your rewards. That's kinda two rules, but they're related I guess. we will not hesitate to kick you if you don't follow these rules more than once.
