Dr strange nerf and Is he still worth it !!

This question might be asked mutiple times.

Dr. Starnge got the worst nerf ever and i was wondering do people still use him... I will agree that strange was over God tier...nearly unstoppable and had to nerfed...but this nerf was too strong

*So do you guys still use him ( lets just forget about his god tier postion)

*Is he worth rank 5? Or even rank 4?

*How would u suggest he be made better? Atleast on par level

My suggestion : his power par should fill every 7.5 or 7 seconds

    Starlord never got nerfed he got replaced so if he could get something that could push him back into the meta ir would be nice mabey like a Pre fight ability or prowess

    He did. His sig ability had no cap before, but they decided to cap it at 400 hits after 12.0
