Smackdown progress lost

This morning I got 14 fights into the Omega Smackdown and stopped since my boosts were running out and i needed to charge my phone. When i logged back in I wasn't in the quest amymore. I didnt have time to start over plus the items i used were lost. Opened a ticket but since the event was ending idk what if anything they'll do.

    First of all to be clear, this was several hours before the event ended. And yes I since I have a life outside of this game i decided to complete it today when i had time and the champs i wanted to use free from AW/AQ and ranked up.

    But AQ started yesterday, so your champs wouldn't be free
