**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

What if Kabam removed the "Help" function altogether???

The help function has been in the game for over 4 and a half years I think. The process of going out of your way to press the help button and individually tap the medic badge on each char in the arena are both extremely tedious. Instead of the help feature Kabam grants everyone 5 miniature energy refills (25 energy in total) and 1000 Loyalty which can be claimed daily in the calendar so long as you're participating in an alliance. On top of that alongside the upcoming arena changes, recharge time for 5* is decreased to 5 1/2 hrs, 10 hrs for a 6* champion.

This change kills Server Traffic which is better for the game and its players. Everyone's happy!

I Think It Should Be Required That Somebody "Helps" You By Tapping The Button

Well, the new change may be good, but if it's causing the server issues we see, I'd agree. Not sure if it's connected or not, so it's only conjecture at this point.

Completely agree! Get rid of "Help" all together. Been saying it for a long time.

Both requesting help and helping requests is a tedious process and poorly handled. Get rid of it and free up the resources.

As for loyalty, just add it to a log-on calendar or something

Well, we do have alliance events so why not add loyalty here? On the daily one you could get 25 energy and on the 3 day event you'd get 3000 loyalty...
The Help system is completely obsolete and doesn't mean anything nowadays

It could be loyalty to the game and not your friends. Every day the reward for loyalty increases by 100 unless you miss a day.

Probably some dumb specialist told them that the help button and the annoyance that comes with it hooks people more.

It should be removed specially with the game state latelly .. asking for help has reverted to the same slow 10sec wait after each ask .. but they said they would push a help/ask all button in the diary ... i would like it to be removed onc'em for all i hate it

I believe we can rule it out anyway. The issue seems to be with start up, not during game play. I doubt the Help All has much to do with it.
