Rank up 4* SL or 5* Ultron?

Trying to decide between taking duped 4* SL to R5 or duped 5* Ultron to R3. I use Ultron mainly in AQ and AW, sometimes for quests and use SL mainly for quests. I've completed 5.2 (not 100%), but not 5.3 or ROL. Any suggestions?
