There is no Mephisto in Hades Crystal!!!

Hi Kambam,
today i open a hades crystal with 15000 shards, but i saw that there is no Mephisto at all !!! In opposite i saw Spiderman(stark) in it. It's a buggggggg?????? I ask for a retrieval of my 5-star shards, and i don't mind you getting back the hero that i've gotten from this wrong crystal!!!
