Assuming neither get surprise buffs or synergies with foreign champs not in the basic pool (aka new champs: as we are only looking at champs belonging to the basic pool)

    Imagine pulling a thing out of the 2020 crystal and you take him to rank 3 only to find out he is **** without his protection dupe, makes him squishy and not fit to take in everyday quest
