Monthly EQ completion

Alright so I’m not trying to complain, just want an explanation. Why did they remove completion rewards for uncollected and Master? For uncollected sure, limit 6* shards and whatnot, but why master?

They didn't remove anything, all the rewards are there. They're awarded in a different way.
