    Why not have a new type of buff/passive effect that dosen't require chance or a certain type of prompt to trigger

    But u can tap on that specific effect to activate it then goes the timer countdown for that duration?

    Lets say you've got a dormant regen that you can choose to activate at any time by tapping on it whenever you've got some missing health

    That would be pretty nice, but I don't think that you would just be able to tap it and it would active. I imagine that if this does get implemented, it would be something like if CMM goes into Binary Ignition. You have to dash back and hold block for 1.2 seconds.

    The reason for this is to get rid of the dash back and hold block to activate function i would really like to see this someday
