**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

    Recenly updated.the game, not able to login after that, it has been saying unknown error occured for las 5 hours, i am in a war attack phase, and this daily login calendar has 2000 5* shards, i will lose rewards if i am not abke to login. So please solve this issue or be ready to give compensation rewards, containing at least 2500 5* shards

    I assume they will extend the voodo/starlord arena to next week (june 9-11), alongside with the next hero, as they did to beast (if i remember correctly). Also i guess we will get some stamina-refills and arenaboost, but honestly, not that it would matter....

    Generally customer's/end user's issues are the maximum priority for a company, please, fix this asap, we've lost already a huge time here. Still losing..
    FYI, i tried in my windows laptop with emulator(bluestack - android), but not working there also. It's surely not a device dependent issue.

    Well... At least that's something...

    The fact that they are just NOW finding out about this proves my point. I really hope they can implement a system that will mitigate future occurrences.

    24/7 game, should mean 24/7 support.

    I'm sure that's true. It's just a kick in the nuts to see those notifications, and NOT be able to action on them.

    Incredible my friends seems like nothing is being done no response whatsoever to make this right I already give up on the idea to get the basic hero its to many hours without being able to login my Nick in game is bloodykarma sad to say but true tho... Proper compensation is the right thing to do here

    Same problem here. Samsung note 10.1 2014 and huawei p9. Can't login.
    And by the way, anyone getting lots of lag during fights after update? Sometimes it gets frozen for a few seconds. And the lag makes it unplayable at times.

  • The problem wasn't with the last update because after the last update my game was working fine. It was only after I woke up this morning that I couldn't log in, which means that it's likely to be something on the side of Kabam's servers. Is @Kabam Miike and team aware of this as it could help pinpoint a larger issue?

    I've been getting this ALL DAY on my S8. Deleted and reinstalled. Tried wifi & 4G. Nothing works. Anyone know how to contact Kabam re: this stuff without being on the game? I'm worried about my team's hit in AW and daily cards, rewards, etc.
