Soul to stop regen abilities NOT WORKING

Used the soul to reverse regen abilities for the Moph fight on master and it does nothing. Doesn't even stop him from regenerating all his health. Wasted potions and revives to no avail. Idk if it's just me or if it's not working for others as well. I do know he can't take damage while his regen is active but what I don't get is why he can still regen at all with that soul boost active.

I just tried this as well, he regained almost all of his health, despite the boost being active.

Tried it again, and it appears to be working fine. Is there something we're missing the relates to Mephisto's abilities?

The boost works just fine, however what most people don't realize is that the debuff has a timer and it isn't on all time, as seen in these screen shots.

Also people are ignoring the fact that Mephisto takes no damage while he regens
