  They do deals like this with the first new character to come in the month and they give it out a month later. I did it once when Doom came out last year.

  It has always been the new champs. I see no reason why that should change.
  Ihulk and IAbom don't appeal to me to be honest. I'm spending mine on Red Goblin for his synergies
