    I think by locked they mean the champ is unduped. Which in that case I’d say G2099, Sunspot, and Venom are worthy.

    G2099 or Sunspot unduped are best choices. Great choices really.

    Do not take Omega up if he is not awakened. You'll be disappointed otherwise.

    Venom and G99 are both good options. Nick Fury and OR will be too if you can get them awakened
