    I’m thinking Falcon since he likely has not been shown to the full extent of his abilities yet...but HB isn’t a bad choice either. Idk anything about P99

    Falcon is one of if not the best evade counter in the game. He also counters so many defensive nodes. If you don’t have a strong 5* evade counter I’d rank him up in a heartbeat. If you do have a strong evade counter or just really hate falcon, hulkbuster is a good choice too.
