I want to thank you all for your feedback. I completely understand where our Cavalier players are coming from today (I'm a Cav player as well), and I wanted to let you know that I am going to be talking to the team about this, so we can learn from it for the future.

The Deals are pretty bomb considering what you get for what you spend. Not sure why people are comparing them to July 4th. Two different ball games. What I think the real issue is, is that people expected them to get them to Thronebreaker, and that was an assumption.

What Cavalier player who's at 6.3+ needs T4b from a unit deal? Please check the deals first. Read them clearly and then come back.

Let's look at this logically. They come out with a new bar to hit which separates Players based on progress. You have the biggest sale of the year coming up where loads of people spend, and the most rare Resource in the game is needed. Do you think they're going to add it so that many people can hit it all at once? Is it even a bar anymore?

Probably better rewards next year, but I doubt any rewards will be added this time around. We got f*cked.

A random requirement like r3 6* removes people from getting progressed too far too fast

I’m not far from thronebreaker and won’t spend to get there and have fallen off play wise

This was one of the last times Kabam could milk me at all and now they won’t ever again lmao

Learning from it in the future translated to we aren't doing anything this time around. This is a kick in the teeth. To think that your cavalier fan base wouldn't see how horrible these deals are. Thanks a lot.

I know you aren’t on the sales team, man. And in my line of work I spend a lot of time having to apologize for the policies of others, and it sucks. But you do a pretty good job of it.

F2P here ,Got cavalier about a year or less ago ,act 6 completion done .
I have been grinding arena for about 3 months now like crazy to save for my first time tier 3 cyber Monday deals .
More than 3 months of grind , anticipation and hope for decent offers ,to end up with these **** deals .
After 3+ years , unfortunately , I don't find enough reasons to stick around anymore ..

I mean they are a business which wants to make money and set an expectation with 4th of July. So if they had stuck with the 4th deals people would be happy but having 4tcc in the deals is just ridiculous. I have so many of those Crystal's I dont need that ****. So thier business will not be getting my 200 today

But honestly this is horribly out of touch for Cavs, I mean if we’re progressing to TB then at least give us Selectors in the deals.

Trash and upsetting. I think I’m done with this game for a while. Rewards for thronebreaker are what 10x better and it all has to do with a luck factor on a R3 champ? Yeah no, this is an issue and needs to go back to the drawing board

The main issue for me is that when selling these deals they are of different value for the same price. As Cav my cash or units gets me significantly less than a TB. Just crazy if the value of reward is lower then the price ought to be lower otherwise you are just telling Cav players they don’t matter. And before anyone says only the whales matter, who are the whales spending a fortune to impress? If there is no player base there are no whales.

Also there was a 5% selector for 3k units a few days ago. Just mental. Its like they don’t even want to make money.

This is what I don't understand...instead of taking the cavalier deals from 4th of July and either keeping them the same or making them either slightly better ALL of them get nerfed. For 5k units on 4th of July we get T5CC and 10k 6 star shards and T5 basic catalysts now we get t4cc and 3.5k 6* shards. I did more grinding the last 2 months than I have since I started playing in anticipation of the unit offers and now I'll just save the for the gifting event unless that gets nerfed too if there even is one this year.

I love to buy the featured crystal and go for champs that look fun, and I know I spend way more on this game than most, and more than I should, but no more. Not as long as this is how we are gonna be treated.
