**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Nick Fury, Hyperion, Ghost, G99 I've used to solo (haven't soloed with ghost).
But yeah, Warlock is the best option either way, I believe (*shrugs*)

U need a poison immune that can heal block. Ideally Warlock, it not Sentinel as a close second . If u dont have these then poison immune with suicides (ideally). If u dont have suicides then poison immune with all imaginable boosts and play super aggressively to outdamage his regen

Sentinel, Warlock, Mysterio seem to be good. I'm still struggling with that quest myself

It’s the same reason why G2099 isn’t a preferred option for bosses on first completion. Yes she has insane burst damage, but if you die once, you reset the grueling combo meter 😭

I generally dislike that about her and why I like Ægon farrrr more, but if ya can solo, gud for u
    Okay.

its an easy solo with g99, all you have to do is play normally against him, not a hard fight.

Furthermore, I used g99 against many of the act 6 bosses in my first way through after clearing the path with her. She helps to get a feel for how difficult the fight would be. If I did somehow died with her on the boss, they'd only be at like 10% health or something, then my remaining 4 champs would finish up.

So yeah, IDK what you're talking about.

I never said the fight was different, but it’s still hard building up combo. And I personally as someone who’s borderline a full garbage truck at this game can’t keep up with that. For other G2099 users, it’s easy. For me, I’d probably go safer with Warlock
Nick Fury and Quake synergy: *exists*

And use doom. The easiest tactic to beat 6.1.5 cross bones

Lol, I've already explored 6.1. I don't think I'm ever fighting crossbones again.

Wait until there's that one champion you want to test out that is insanely fun against that CB
Lol, I hated some path fights more than the boss himself. Was my least favorite part of 6.1 exploration, second to that bloody caustic temper path in 6.1.6.

Iceman is a great option too. Class advantage, immunities, ice armor if you screw up.
I have him, but I used Warlock, since he's my best tech option while I have better mutant champs than him.

Word of advice. If your rng sucks in this game. Dont. Bring. Sentinel. Took me 700 hits to get him down to 60%. Bruh so yeah don't. Bring someone else

Shang-Chi is an option with his cleansing strike, but it can be tough sledding getting enough Chi Charges to inflict a decent amount of damage on Crossbones. Personally, I opted to develop other champs who don't need as much ramp-up.

Can mysterio or Claire voyant work for crossbones?

Yup Mysterio can do the job. Took me about 4 revs with a r4 unawakened 5* (no suicides).

I used a combo of sentinel & Claire. Claire did most of the fight for me honestly

Surprisingly, my Mole Man did a great job at taking home down. I didn’t solo him, but that’s just because I suck. But Mole Man can shrug off the poison.

I've read in this post and others that Nick Fury is an option, but I think people should know that if you aren't able to one-shot CB with him, he revives as the actual Nick Fury, so the poison does damage (along with the loss of the Infinity Formula).

Although Hype is a solid option, if you have her, I think CMM is better for 6.1.5, especially if you have NF. Like Hype, CMM is poison-immune. Also, the node keeps Hype from generating power like he usually does and CB is almost stun-immune, which makes it tougher to land heavies to generate furies. CMM is less reliant on parry-heavy combos to ramp up and do damage. I've got a CMM at R2 and plan to bring her to R5 eventually to finish 6.1.5.
