    Domino though reduces ability accuracy, evade on lucky, has deadly specials, critical bleed and crit chances are high. I'm not expert on it but it's reasonable why she's there and that's because she's great for offense and defense havok is a good defender but today you have many champs that can somewhat encounter him effectively, domino there's only 3 I can think off that counter her better and thats longshot, mysterio and old man Logan so I understand why she beats Havok in the list
