No punisher from arena crystal

I haven't seen 3* punisher since the grand master crystals are released (10k bc), did they removed punisher from regular arena crystal?

I’ve gotten the 3star twice since the release from the regular arena crystals. Th second time was just last week.

I'm still looking for the 4* version ive multiple duped my 3*
