Frankly, these days I'm to the point of reluctant acceptance of the problems and resorted to just doing the bare minimum for my alliance when I can, if I can.
I completely emphasize with the original poster, and we've ALL have reached that level of aggravation at some point over the past month or so.
I also agree that cooler heads need to prevail in order for effective communication of the issue.
Look, the only thing that's kept me from embedding my phone into a wall while dredging through these issues is the fact that it's a Note 10+ and I paid a grand for it...
...much like the only thing that's keeping me from rage-quitting the game at this juncture is the time in years and $$$ (well over a grand) that I've spent playing it.
The way I see it, we all have so much invested here, and that's where our passion (and anger) comes from. The game is a blast to play when it's working, and maddening when it's broke.
Hopefully this will all get fixed sooner rather than later...

Description of issue: cant connect to sever at all for fight, even if connected cant load the map or join. Once joined, lags in movement on the map and time out on fights. I am able to auto play monthly content before start of season 8, then I cant connect for hours. Already restarted game, phone, switching from cellular n wifi, cant connect at all. Any fights either times out, lags or control wont respond.
This isnt the first time already, has been going on for months. The game always have issues after each updates and bug fixes. I even try using my ipad to play same issue, this issue needs to be addressed seriously as this is discouraging me from playing and annoys me enough to not want to play anymore. It doesnt make sense to be connected and playing before aq started to I cant get on to play at all. It's getting ridiculous and cant blame user phone issue or software issue when I can stream applies music and get data alerts but cant connect to game, definitely not my connection issue

Description of the Issue: The Game has been Crashing Constantly Every 15-20 Minutes since the latest update (last update had some occasional crashing but somewhat manageable), sometimes quicker if I'm in a Fight with tons of different Visual Effects like Mysterio, Professor X, Darkhawk in Phases, Human Torch, and so on. 85% of the time when it crashes in Fights or While Loading the game will reset the Enemy's Health and Cut My Health in Half, the worst case I've had is today when fighting the Professor X Boss in Alliance Quest. First time it crashes about half way through the fight when the game had just crashed maybe 13 Minutes before (it reset his health and cut mine to 48% from near full), second time it crashes while Loading into the Boss Fight which once again cut my health in half, then a third time after being on the game for only 5 minutes 2 of which was me going to AQ and fighting the Boss again it crashes cutting my Health Again and keeping his at Full... I get back on to fight him again this time with only like 18% Health because of the Crashing and Cutting while the Boss is still at 100%, I get the system is in place to stop cheating but is there any way to get the game to register when it's crashing on their end's fault and not our fault cause it's getting really annoying having my health Constantly cut in half because the game has a crashing issue that I can do nothing about.
Anyways that was just the most recent and extreme case, like I said in the bullet points the Constant 15-20 Minute Crashing has happen Everywhere And With Any Set of Champions in the case of During Fights so it's not any one specific thing like that. (It's even crashed while I was looking away from a menu while doing nothing...
Screenshot or Video: My tablet doesn't take videos and there not much to show of crashing on a snapshot, the game will Stutter a tad bit sometimes after which the App with freeze for half a second and close.
Please look into any sort of cause or fix, because it is becoming the definition of unplayable. I'm scared to attempt the Celebrity Challenge because I know it's gonna crash and cut my health several times which I don't want to waste resources on, there's the Variant 6 coming soon that I was planning on doing but now I'd probably not make it half way through the first quest without my team being all cut up cause of crashing resetting everything...

Description of the Issue:When i click my aw to join attack phase it shows empty and game start to lag and it wont load and my alliance members pressuring me to attack and now i cant even attack of this issue and also my profile will also become empty when i click and if i need to go any other quest game must be restarted and that issue continuous.Please fix this issue

I can still only play while connected to wifi. And now the game is freezing up for a second or so in almost every fight in every game mode. This is now costing me resources as the interruption in timing completely throws off the fight. Please address these performance issues!

Ever since this latest update the loading times have tripled in time with every login getting the red icon. When it does load and I enter a quest I get lag just moving from 1 node to another and the red icon again. What should take a second to move takes at least 10. In fight its pretty smooth but once fight ends it takes a while for fight to complete.
No other app or game i use has any issues like this 1 and its compete **** how a company can milk so much cash and make such an unstable game and not give a ****.

Description of the Issue: Whenever I try to start a fight, the game freezes for almost one minute before the fight actually starts. No issues during the fights, and no such issues in any other quest, exclusively in the labyrinth and Abyss of Legends. I'm not in an Alliance currently.
The release notes said that this had been fixed. It's still happening

Description of the Issue: Game has been crashing multiple times across all modes since the last update. It just crashed on loading in AQ now, costing me half health. Repeatedly freezing during fights, leading to unintentional heavy attacks which were not input.
Now IF you really care you would introduce some Graphical setting management into the game this will at least be a possible way peoples could enjoy the game until you get it fixed/patched whereas everyone is getting punished after each update for more than half of the month .
by the time it is fixed the new updates kicks in shortly to bring them back or make it worse ..
Game Freeze has being happening for 2 months maybe more now .
At least add an option to shutt the background animations i still remember how the game was before that very smooth

For people that pay to play on this game I feel your just ripping people off now. You have not fixed things from previous patches. Dex and parry being a bad one as you know if these don't work it means units on potions and revives. PLEASE PLEASE sort this mess out. The fun is being sapped out of the game now. And it gets expensive with all the problems.

Description:
This morning, from 8am until EXACTLY 11:30am CST, I was able to play the game perfectly fine without ANY server errors, disconnects, lag, or freezing on cellular data.
As soon as 11:30 hit, all of the sudden I got the server disconnect error icon and waited 5 minutes before toggling airplane mode on/off (which usually helps move to game along). This time it didn't work, so I closed/reoped the game, and have yet to be able to log in for a half hour now.
This is a 100% server side communication link issue for sure!! It isn't the game, the cellular service, or device oriented, as everything worked FLAWLESSLY for the past 3.5 hours...
Are MCoC servers being downsized/designated to accommodate MRoC??
Is anyone even working on the issue, or is everyone polishing up MRoC for its flawless release in 5 days??
Will we ever get any REAL answers and a true permanent fix??
The blatant lack of communication and resolution makes this seem deliberate...

Arena: Disconnect after i had won the fights, then result with lost, i lost the streaks. Takes FOREVER to load between fights lagging response
AQ fight game just disconnects in middle of fight. Lost half energy.......
War Game lags get hit when blocked attack....lost battles cost war win for alliance!
Until these issies are resolved the 1/2 health penalty needs to be REMOVED. If the match disconnects in AQ it needs to recover the match at least ONCE amd gove us at least opportunity to refight match!
These issues werent happenimg last year! Its costing potions, time and losses in arena! If its not happenimg with Apple then that means your only catering to Apple users amd not checking compatibility for Android. Instead of rushing updates lesson content released. Last few months its been lile 3-4 different quests all at once, before it was 1-2. It does no good to release 2x the comtent if it breaks the game. Hire more pepolle or spread out the updates for longer than a month so you habe an extra week or 2 to QA....this is unacceptable for a game over 5 years old!
