Which 5* best to max to become cavalier

I'm on the road to be cavalier and torn on which 5* champ is the best to max out between these 3. All of them are awakened. Thank you for your suggestion!

I voted doom but was tempted to vote sunspot. They’re both really good rank 5 options but doom covers more ground.
