    I didn't receive my season awards and my anniversary gift with the 10000 5* crystal shards and 6* shards. I've closed the app several times to no avail and I've logged off to see if that works but I got nothing

    No gift for me either. Haven't seen any response from Kabam about this. I hope this doesn't mean we're out of luck.

    I didn't receive my rewards. Instead I got the title but it won't let me claim it from my mail.

    I have been waiting for the sixth anniversary rewards for a while but even after shutting the game a couple of times I didn't get any rewards.

    Hello everyone, I logged into the contest today after getting called at 2am by a friend to tell me about these awesome gifts Kabam had given us, a pair of cavalier players, a title, a profile picture, a five star featured *in shards* and half of a six star. I log in and see one message in my inbox, a title. The shards? No where to be seen. I reloaded my game, signed into my account on a different device. Nothing. Does anyone know what’s going on?

    Showing a screenshot of your read/unread inbox unfortunately proves nothing.
    My read inbox doesn’t show the anniversary gift message, even though I did claim it last night between the emergency maintenances.
