Is Modok good in 2020?

Just recently pulled a 5* Modok from the featured crystals and wanted to know if he's any good from those (few I'm assuming) that have him maxed out. How is he with suicides and is his kit of any use? I do have Red Guardian if he ever needs abomination to heal from liquid courage.

Edit: I haven't been able to find any MODOK content within the year. This assumes that he's not all that after all this time?

    I haven't used mine much but I don't think he'd be particularly suicide friendly. He has a decent incinerate. He's a decent defender and an OK attacker. Maybe I'm missing something but I consider him average at best.

    He can cheeze aggressive regen with just one sp1

    actually his damage output is good incinerate with heavy garanteed criticals and bleed with sp2 but his block profency is really low you might be k.o even cant reach boss
