    I don’t even think that would work

    Potentially any champ could do it if you did 2 hits into block then waited for the crowd excitement to expire.

    Your best option would be to get rid of the rock stacks, place a slow debuff, then hit into block and deal with the unblockable. But most slow champs are science. I think the only champs that would work with this tactic is Sorcerer supreme and Stealthy
