    He was my first choice actually, but I actually had to pick a serious champion, since I'm closing in on 6.2 Champion. Unfortunately had to pick Shulk. Shame. Maybe Mephisto comes along in my next 6* crystal

    That is the best choice in my opinion. Carnage's abilities are useless against champs with immunities (mostly Colossus) and Mephisto would be useless against incinerate immunes like Torch, Ghost Rider and CGR.
    So overall, nice choice!
