Can you counter Surging Vengeance?

I am at 6.3.6 rn and CapIW has surging vengeance. Is there a way to take the sp3 out of his rotation?? What are his best counters post nerf??

Ignore this, 6.3.6 cap IW glances, and shes a mystic so her power lock will be glanced almost every time.

Good ol times before so called nerf you could cheese that fight with Ronan. I also did it once with killmonger, it took a lot of time, but his indestructible helped a lot. Luke cage, of you play it slow. Gp still takes some damage, so you can't block or parry with her after couple of sps
