Champs fighting on its own

I really want to hit in the face whoever or whatever is causing this problem. Some of my champs are fighting on their own will (Autoplay is OFF), and its costing me in AQ and Event Quests. Like Black Widow is going backward after 1-2 hits, when I am executing a 5 hit combo. Similarly ArchAngel took s**t beating from Symbioid and I thought I was playing bad. Ultron is also problem and who else I am not sure.

To confirm it's not my device problem, Jane Foster was playing fine.
Any help.

    After Black Widow died and I used revive on her, she is working fine. S**T way of making us play and use items. May as well stop playing this game

    I too have had issues like winning then being kicked out of the game and given a loss.
