Omega Red Rankup

Is omega red worth Rank 5 if I only have 60 sig stones to give him? I hear he needs high sig level to be great. I also don’t run suicides

Depends on your other options. I love Omega but I use suicides and have him at high sig. without that he’s not as incredible.

Don't upgrade him unless you have high sig. And if you don't run suicides there are many good mutants to choose before him.

I have a r4 sig 100 OR. I advise you against ranking him up.

1) he NEEDS suicides. Or a way to bleed. Without that, he has 30% of his damage

2) the sabretooth synergy is almost obligatory. Sabre is great champ tho

3) his sig becomes great at around level 90, with ideal of 120 I heard.

4) this last one is on me, but his playstyle is hectic. You may not feel like this, but it is fair to mention this, because it is one if the reasons why I give you this advice

I have red magneto, I never ranked him because I still need to practice how to play him. So I suppose he’s the better option

The first two points here are completely incorrect. He does not need suicides. They give him a nice bonus but all it does it make the beginning of the fight go quicker. The sabretooth synergy is also not needed. I used my maxed 4* omega red to clear all of act 5 WITHOUT the sabretooth synergy and suicides. He still works perfectly fine without him.

In regards to your rank up question it completely depends on if you have other rank 5 options. If you do, rank someone else up first. If not rank omega up.

I took 5* Omega from r2 to r4 and awakened and got him to sig80, just for the thorns paths at Variant 6.
I don’t run suicides and I found him underwhelming at best.
His damage output was low to survive the block damage during the fight.
Luckily the beast named Void was able to solo both thorns paths itemless 😉
