Nick fury - broken again?

Is anybody noticing any issues with nick fury again? Was just fighting a thing mini boss in war, I parried him and lost my LMD straight away but was no degeneration, after the fight I moved up to the next fight and it says I have 0 persistent charges.

    If you lost your LMD, you don't have the charge anymore...

    Yeah I know that buddy, this was the very first party of the fight so should not have taken my whole first life, should of explained that in the OP. Lol. Thanks for replying

    I got disconnected in eq and logged back in to him degen like I killed off his first form just like the old big earlier
