Random Heavy attacks

I've been plagued with throwing random heavy attacks and dashing into opponents since the hot fix. I have tried tweaking all the settings on phone but nothing is working. I'm on iPhone 7+. Anyone else having these issues or is it my phone?

    This by far is the worst for me. Can't recover from this one. Hate that this one came back.

    Random heavies are so annoying. Aq that crazy abom stage 1 3hits in combo then randomly heavy. Plus side abom has lightning reflexes and launches sp1 right at that second.

    I have the problem with random heavies also.. and for some reason if I get hit with a special 3 my character wont move at all and get smacked around after the special gets done with
