Corvus's L2 no longer power draining

I noticed yesterday after the update that Corvus' L2 is no longer power draining. Noticed it in map 7 with my 5* and then in regular questing with my 6 star Corvus. This morning it happened again. I still had charges each time it occurred. A teammate confirmed it also happened to him this morning. Anyone else having this issue?

    Who did it happen against? Could have been caused by ability accuracy reduction.

    Map 7 against BPCW (1st section) and Loki (3rd section)and in questing against 4.3.6 Venom boss. Also, forgot to mention I play on the SD Galaxy S20.

    It will only power drain if they have 3 full bars of power when using the L2. Was this the case?
