    Vtd is probably gonna be ur best friend for 5.3 and 5.4. Magneto doesn't need to be at r4 to be great for the ultron boss

    Mags. He's heavy meta now.

    VTD and Stealthy are both at #2, depending on needs. VTD for AQ and long quests. Stealthy for slow and his reliable and painful crits.

    Caveat - if Namor was at max sig and mags was at r4, Namor to r5 would be #1. His utility is still rare, prestige is still high, and rmags still shreds #metal at r4.
