**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Kabam's Response Time

Is a Joke. I get this happened while they were sleeping, but who is steering the ship while you're sleeping? Nobody? Within 10 minutes there should of been a sticky post at the top informing people of the problem. 6 hours? Really?!

It's been shown over time (broken arenas, forum spamming, reward payouts) that no one monitors the game at night. For some reason this game rakes in millions of dollars but does not provide 24/7 coverage.

@TenebrousTenebrific said someone monitors the game through the night, but not the forum. Hard to confirm or deny obviously, hopefully they have been working on it and just have not had someone communicate on forum.

If my company ran as poorly as theirs and couldn't lift a finger after hours it would be out of business. Between California and Canadian laws on workplace my opinion is they should move to a more business friendly atmosphere or spend money to run a good operation. They are doing none of that currently.

If that's true that someone monitors the game at night you would think that somebody working on the server side would notice right away after it happened being that half their user base (android users) couldn't log in. The error messages on their server side logs must have gone through the roof when it happened.
