Lesser known high block proficiencies

I’d just like to take a moment to mention some of the higher block proficiency champions that many wouldn’t consider as high block proficiency champs.
I’ll start with the obvious ones. Cap IW, black proficiency of 76.3%, this is pretty good and leads to high perfect block chance with certain masteries. Dr Doom, only has a 69% block proficiency but has very high armour rating as well on base.
Next we get to Guardian, decent block proficiency but mainly it’s his synergy and perfect block specials ability that really make his block proficiency what it’s known to be. (3289 + 1500 = 4789 which is roughly equal to 70%)
We now find more obscure block proficiency.
Starting with invisible woman who had a base of 69% increasing to 74% with just one F4 synergy, very respectable.
Captain America OG also has high base at 75.9%, add on 40% perfect block chance on all blocks and 20% more with max party and you’re laughing. Oh and his sig can take that chance all the way up to 110% at low health. Cap WWII is very much the same except the perfect block chance is instead based on opponents buffs which is a good utility that many overlook.
Next Red Skull. He has 79% block proficiency and high base armour which can be increased by simply gaining power. Red skull is a kind of underrated utility champion but that’s its own argument.
IMIW has a base BP of 72%, give him that sweet sweet armour and he’s taking 4/5 damage on parries maximum.
Finally professor X with a base block proficiency of 72%, pretty high and very clutch. Also if you don’t feel like taking block damage just make them falter and you’ll be taking 0 damage while channeling to your hearts content. Prof X is known as having good block proficiency but with a couple synergies it’s on par with, if not better, than Dooms or Cap IWs.
That’s it, some cool block proficiency numbers to try and help people put a numerical value on some of the best Cav crystals can get you.

Is that IMIW 4/5th Parry block damage the reason why (at max r5 rank) he doesn’t reach full bar of power from 2 full sets of Parry-MLLLM ?
Does his reduced damage taken (separate from what BlockProf would reduce it, since CapIW isn’t affected that way) from Parry cause less Power gained from it. (Honestly haven’t checked into his abilities as to what it is that does the 4/5th on Parry)
Or do ppl know if it is something from his Attacking (non-contact, energy, etc ?) that causes the slower Power Gain ?
(regarding conversation by some ppl a while back, but not sure it was ever determined exactly why)
I know about that, have even provided that link by Kabam before where they detailed the Power increase as you go from Rank-1 up to Rank-5. (Thus I said “at Max r5 Rank”).
This is different with IMIW (or at least has been in the past when last tried by lots of ppl).
Disregarding any other ability that might reduce block proficiency or something
Also Prof X is a good shout, his BP is amazing
