RANK DOWN TICKETS FOR IHULK

Ihulk is a very risky champ to use. Not worth using him in anything. Kabam needs to take another look at him and give him an upgrade or give rank down tickets.

Maybe next time just rank up Corvus or someone instead.

They don't actually. There was plenty of resources to see this after he was released and you either ranked him not seeing them or ranked him knowingly. There's no reason for RDTs to be sent for this.
