Damage over time debuffs aren't doing damage on lifecycle path in 7.1.5. Tried with Cable and neither his degen nor his incinerate would do damage.

    And does the lifecycle node happen to mention anything about debuffs..

    Whelp. Nevermind. That's humbling. Don't know how I forgot that and missed it reading the node again. Maybe I shouldn't play and post when sleepy... 😂
