Must be. They it is a Regen after all. They had to specifically remove it to not trigger Warlocks power drain

I think you mean salve (with Warlock)

I think it will count. But after 1 sec. So nlt suicides + WP.

Willpower does NOT count as a Regeneration effect in this case. Hope this helps!
