Why can mephisto regen like this way?

Not at the beginning, about half of the fight. It regen like this.

    Mephisto's Persistent Charge will use the souls captured only when his base health is 30% and below. Obviously the regen you saw here is coming from the mastery of your opponent. It's called Recovery.

    No obvious reason for him to be regenning like that; Salve won't provide that large a boost, and WP should not be triggering in later shots.

    Mephisto is immune to coldsnap. How can he regen from a debuff that didn't even trigger on him? (Although I won't be too surprised if that is the case here)

    Hea immune to poison, so no wp from liquid courage

    Yeah, the regen seem like rank 1 wp.
    But he didn't have detrimental effect on him.
    So it might be a bug?

    He could be placed on a regen node.so even salve increases.
