Stryfe counters miss?

When Im reading Strfye's abilities I couldn't find anything that says it cant miss. Yet his Ms can hit Ghost while she is phasing. In this months event quest on Masters I noticed it the first time.

Did I overread something?

Some say it's intentional based on Emma's Spotlight (psionic attacks can't miss). Willowisp says bug but didn't provide source.

Maybe like prof x not being able to get true sense on psychic attackers

First sentence is correct. It specifically states psionic attacks in Stryfe’s abilities

So it's only Emma's specials that ghost cannot phase? I thought all attacks of emma in telepath form can't be phased by ghost. That's why I never used ghost for emma.

It's not there in her ingame abilities but in her champion spotlight. Weird of Kabam to not include it in her abilities but we all know that description isn't their strong suite.

They often justify nerfs (or "bugs" in their term) with "it is not written in the description".

Yet we see crucial abilities not in the description. That is pretty inconsistent imo.
