    Not really but the power gain is a massive help in getting his buffs faster

    He doesn't need it. Still does crazy damage without; even if he's got minimal utility.

    I got him as my third six star and I love occasionally just going into rol and destroying winter soldier for fun. Nothing is better then 6k+ mediums
