I know you just said that you will reimburse alliances their costs but this whole error prevented us and other alliances that sit near the bottom of aq tiers from doing higher maps to stay in contention with those that are doing map 6 of 5 depending on what tier they are in while others have done the higher map not realising it cost.
A restart of AQ is the only fair way to resolve this error

    Agreed. we started Map 3 since we had no idea when the issue would be fixed and time was wasting away. We had planned to run Map 5 all week

    they can't restart it, that needs to stop being mentioned as it just gets threads closed.
    The only reasonable thing to do would be to refund the costs and grant us 30 minute timers.
