Uncollected bug

I got uncollected earlier today however, I have not gotten grandmaster crystals/calender, 5 star arenas& ucollected crystals, and daily crystals. Can anyone help??? My mcoc tag is Nick~6113

The calendar resets only on monthly basis. You'll get UC calendar from next month onwards. Daily crystals will be upgraded automatically from the next daily crystal you claim. Those that you've claimed earlier won't get upgraded.

5* arena is already there, right? I have it, and I'm not UC right now.

UC arena crystals will come from now on. You'll have the option to buy the regular ones or the UC ones. Existing crystals won't get upgraded.

But I still don’t have the arena or uncollected arena crystals which I thought you don’t need to be level 40... or maybe you do? Idk

Try getting up to level 40 and see if you get it then. Else reach out to kabam support.
