Mole man’s true accuracy

So I am highly confused does mole man true accuracy go away at 5 or 10 now? Because the true accuracy icon last until you get 10 mass but the opponent still evades and in his description it says it goes away at 5?

Yep its bugged for me as well. Anytime I go above 4, the opponent evades
