The most suffered is either the crossbones in 6.1 or mr sinister, mordo, and the champion in 6.2. I can’t comment on the second because there are a lot of easy bosses.

Least Suffered was Ultron 5.4.6 easy with Magneto

Not most revives spent but most suffered was Mr. Sinister with quake without synergies. Thumbs kinda died.
