I have a alliance I am leader of and this stupid chat problem won't let me talk to my team I know so many people having this problem plz fix ASAP my other account let's me chat but not this one I did not get banned I know that

    I need this fixed this is my favorite game and with this **** happing it messes up me being a alliance leader my alliance has been wondering where have I been? Becouse I can't chat. To make sure if you get banned do you get a message if not that's ****

    Hey @doctordoom. Sorry that you're having issues chatting in the game! This is an issue where I would ask you to submit a ticket to our Customer Support team, so that they can double check your account. You can submit a ticket in game by tapping on the gray Gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
